2008 Goals
BEAT plans to build 10 new housing units in the SandyVista community in 2008 and finish the redevelopment of SandyVista by the Spring of 2009. Once completed the revitalized SandyVista neighborhood will have 50 new housing units, new streets and street lighting, a brand new park in the center of the community, and a completely refurbished Avenue C with new landscaping, trees, a walkway and street lighting. The grey area reflects areas that have been completed in SandyVista. The yellow includes activities that will take place in 2008.
